Heaven Hill Signs on with Turfway Park’s New Year’s Eve Bash
Free Admission and Reservation Options Open the Party to All

FLORENCE, Ky. (Dec. 23, 2013) – Kentucky distillery Heaven Hill has signed on as a sponsor of Turfway Park’s Club Inferno New Year’s Eve party, announced Jack Gordon, the Northern Kentucky racetrack’s director of marketing.  Heaven Hill products and specialty drinks will be available in all party areas.

“We are thrilled to have Heaven Hill as our partner for the Club Inferno New Year’s Eve Track Bash,” said Gordon.  “Their featured line of Cinerator, Larceny Bourbon, Hpnotiq and Pama fit perfectly with our Inferno theme, and after taste-testing I can verify that the drink concoctions are superb.”

In keeping with this year’s Club Inferno theme, one featured recipe includes Heaven Hill’s Cinerator Cinnamon teamed with the distillery’s Kentucky Bourbon and sparkling apple cider.  Other specialties include Kentucky Champagne—Larceny small batch bourbon and cider—the Pama Kiss, combining Pama pomegranate liqueur with pineapple and champagne, and Put a Ring on It, a combination of Hpnotiq liqueur, whipped cream vodka, and Sierra Mist.

The New Year’s Eve Club Inferno Track Bash has options for every budget, from free admission to deluxe buffet reservations, and includes an element no other party in the area can offer: live Thoroughbred racing.

“We’re all about making the fun of live racing and the party available to everybody,” said Turfway general manager Chip Bach. “There’s a lot going on. People can make a night of it with our prime rib buffet with drinks—a great value, by the way—or reserve special seats overlooking the stage. But with free admission to the races, free live music, and drink specials all over the house, nobody has to sit this one out.”

DJ Toad will entertain party-goers between races until about 9:30 p.m., after which popular local band Doghouse will take the Willis Music Stage for classic rock and dancing. Mistress Bridget from Cincinnati radio station 96ROCK will be on hand with giveaways from 9 p.m. until midnight and will broadcast live from Turfway until about 10 p.m.

Priced at $75 per person, the buffet reservation is available in the Homestretch restaurant on the first floor and the Top of the Park and Racing Club on the fifth floor.  In addition to carved prime rib, the buffet includes Sicilian chicken, pork chops with mango chutney, Maker’s Mark sweet salmon, vegetarian options, appetizers, and desserts. The reservation also includes beer, wine, cocktails, soft drinks, party favors, and a champagne toast. The buffet will be open from 6 to 9:30 p.m. The reservation also includes access to the special Club Inferno bar on the third floor.

Tables for up to six people are available on the third-floor mezzanine above the stage. Priced at $150 per table, the reservation includes party favors, a champagne toast, and access to the Club Inferno bar.

For those without reservations, access to the Club Inferno bar is available separately for $10.

The party opens at 5:30 p.m. and runs through 1 a.m.  Live racing begins at 6:15 p.m. and concludes about 10:15 p.m. Parking is free; valet parking is available for $3.

Hotel packages that include overnight lodging, shuttle service, and a full breakfast are available.
