Park Avenue Catering Contract Information
Attendance Guarantee
We may ask that you give us a final attendance guarantee five days before your event so that we may make final arrangements. If no final guarantee is received, we will consider the number indicated in the original arrangements to be the correct and guaranteed number of guests. The guarantee is not subject to reduction after the five-day deadline.
Minimum Attendance
Prices quoted are based on a minimum of 10 persons unless otherwise stated on the menus. Accommodations for fewer than 10 persons are subject to a service charge. $100 minimum on all delivery orders.
Decorations
Arrangements for decorations, including fresh cut flowers and ice carvings, may be made through our Catering Department. Arrangements for costumes, balloons, and theme party decorations may be made through our Party Planning Department.
China and Flatware
China and flatware is provided on a rental basis at $2 per place setting. Paper plates and plastic ware are provided at no charge. Garden tents, tables, chairs, linens, etc., are available on a rental basis.
Uniformed Service Personnel
Uniformed service personnel are provided at an additional charge of $75 per server for up to 4 hours and $15 per server per hour thereafter. We reserve the right to determine the number of service personnel required based on the menu and final count. Gratuity is at your discretion. Charges for service personnel is subject to change without notice.
Delivery Charges
If disposable tableware and serving ware are used, our delivery charge is $20 to most locations. If tableware, serving ware, and/or other equipment must be picked up, there is an additional charge of $20. Sunday deliveries are $50.
